Description
Yellow Board (yellow coverboard) as often referred to, this embossing board provides a quick, clean method to make your own male counterforce for short run jobs. Should be applied to base plate, then apply water with a damp cloth to moisten the board. When soft enough to mold, operate 5-6 impressions to produce your male counter. Leave for a short period of time to harden before use. Another use of this board can be for debossing. Used in the similar method to the above however using a foiling die instead of a embossing die this will create an impression. When debossing and hitting into the substrate this will help guide the material into the area to create a nicely formed deboss.
