Vaporesso XROS 4 Pods: Fits and Does Not Fit
Fits (all five resistances):
Vaporesso XROS 4, XROS 4 Mini, XROS 4 Nano, XROS Pro, XROS Pro 2, XROS 5, XROS 5 Mini and XROS 6. These kits have the output to run the 0.4Ω pod.
Fits (0.6Ω to 1.2Ω only):
Vaporesso XROS, XROS 2, XROS 3, XROS 3 Mini, XROS 3 Nano, XROS Mini, XROS Nano and XROS Cube. UK retailers list the 0.4Ω pod for the XROS 4 generation and newer only; older kits lack the power for it.
Does not fit:
Vaporesso Eco Nano, Luxe Q, Luxe X and Zero. Different pod shapes; the Eco Nano has its own pods.
Which Vaporesso XROS 4 Pod to Pick
Mouth-to-lung (MTL) is a tight, cigarette-like draw; restricted direct-lung (RDL) is looser with more vapour. The XROS 4 sets its own output per pod, so you only choose the resistance.
0.4Ω: RDL. Fitted in the XROS 4 box. Warmest, most vapour, fastest on battery. 70/30 shortfill or 10mg salts, never 20mg.
0.6Ω: loose MTL to RDL. The all-rounder for 50/50 freebase and 10mg salts.
0.8Ω: classic MTL. The spare pod in the XROS 4 box and the most popular choice for 10mg and 20mg salts.
1.0Ω: tight MTL. Longer battery life, cooler puff.
1.2Ω: tightest MTL. Least vapour, strongest throat hit, best for 20mg salts.
Vaporesso XROS 4 Pod Specs
Capacity: 2ml. UK TPD size with a visible level window.
Coil: COREX 2.0 mesh, built in. Replace the whole pod.
Fill: top fill under the mouthpiece. Pull it off, fill, click it back.

Best E-Liquid for Vaporesso XROS 4 Pods
For 0.8Ω, 1.0Ω and 1.2Ω use 10ml nic salts or a 50/50 e-liquid; their small wick ports burn early on thick shortfill. The 0.4Ω and 0.6Ω pods wick 70/30, but 50/50 still gives the longest pod life.
How to Fit and Prime a Vaporesso XROS 4 Pod
Pull the old pod straight out of the kit.
Pull the black mouthpiece off the new pod and fill to the max line, bottle tip angled away from the centre tube.
Press the mouthpiece back until it clicks. An unseated mouthpiece is the main cause of leaks.
Wait 5 to 10 minutes so the cotton soaks through.
Push the pod in until the magnets grab and take a few gentle draws.
How Long Vaporesso XROS 4 Pods Last
Expect one to two weeks per pod, or 5 to 10 refills; sweet liquids shorten that. Change it when flavour fades, the liquid darkens or you taste a burnt note. Never run it dry or blow into the mouthpiece. A four-pack is a pod a week for a month, far cheaper than a disposable a day.
